In this episode, we present four common expressions of leadership and ask you to identify which one resonates with you the most. Then, we ask you to look at the “Common Issues” or flip-sides to those expressions and do the same. We hope you do this with a trusted friend or family member and see what happens.

Thriving and surviving may seem like contradictory or even opposite states of being, but actually, we’ve found them to be more similar than different.

Over the years, Leadership Vision has helped countless teams work through various challenges, and hundreds of team leaders get unstuck. But sometimes, the leaders we help already know at least part of the answers to the questions they ask us.
