Have a handful of employees in your organization taken StrengthsFinder? Are there a few teams that utilize some strengths language during meetings? Or perhaps you have taken the assessment organization-wide and are wondering what to do next?
Join us on Friday, October 9, 2015 as we host a FREE StrengthsFinder preview experience where we demonstrate our approach to using this transformational tool.
The most recent study by the Gallup Organization found that 71% of workers in the U.S. are either disengaged or actively-disengaged in the workplace. That’s terrible! You are invited to discover how employees in your organization can benefit by working with our team, and how the Clifton StrengthsFinder can be leveraged to create a more engaged organization.
This preview, held at our headquarters located within CoCo, a collaborative workspace, in downtown Minneapolis, will help attendees learn how we engage teams in the process of building a culture operating out of areas of strength. This preview helps answer the question, why would your organization hire Leadership Vision to help you build strengths based cultures.
How we do This
We have learned that sometimes, the work we do is difficult to explain in writing, or even a brief conversation. Our core process is best experienced in person. During the preview experience you will see why we start with an education day, move to a one hour conversation with each participant, and finish with a strengths based 360 learning community. We will also dive into your unique StrengthsFinder results using our personalized “ThemePrint” process.
Since this StrengthsFinder preview is meant to be educational, we hope you will ask questions along the way. There are a few common ones we get every time, such as:
- How can I get my organization to buy into this?
- How long does this process take?
- How much should we do first?
- We have already ‘done’ strengths, how are you different? How do you take what we have done to the next level?
Additionally, you can read the 10 most frequently asked questions we get about how we are using strengths with individuals and organizations.
Would you also consider who in your network would benefit from attending? Perhaps you live outside of Minneapolis, but know someone who could attend. Feel free to pass this information along.
