Listen to the NEW Leadership Vision Podcast!

Leadership Vision is excited to announce our brand new podcast! Starting today, we’re rolling out a weekly show that will focus on how we are using Strengths to build strong People, Teams, and Organizational Culture. We hope to share our expertise in the discovery, practice, and implementation of StrengthsFinder that we have gained since we first started working with the tool in 1999.

To date, we have three episodes available, and new episodes will arrive every Monday morning, starting next week, October 16.  I (Nathan Freeburg) will be your primary host, with other team members joining to discuss various topics. We hope it will be yet another resource to help you in developing your Strengths, the Strengths of your team, or the Strengths of your organization.

Our President and CEO, Brian Schubring, says that the Leadership Vision Podcast,

…provides a platform for the ongoing development of a practical expertise in the application of a Strengths Based philosophy. Our objective is to share our experience to grow a Strengths mastery worldwide.
