Leadership Vision has an innovative way to deliver strengths-based training. In the past, I have attended training sessions where the trainer focused on training participants in the language of an assessment tool that generally leads to stereotyping of fellow employees . Leadership Vision has taken their training to a new level. After training with them, participants not only know the language of strengths, but they also understand that strengths make each person unique even if two people have the same strengths. It was an eye-opening experience that lead to fellow employees understanding each other better.
