WHAT IS A LEADERSHIP VISION PREVIEW?

At this Preview, not only will individual attendees receive a deeper look into their own Strengths, but each person will be given the opportunity to think about Strengths application in their functional team and organizational culture.
Members of the Leadership Vision team will also be available to help individuals who want more Strengths training decide if formal certification through Leadership Vision might be a meaningful next step.

- You will get a snapshot of our 201 Education Session, a 1 to 1 conversation, and a Learning Community – these three offerings make up our Core Process.
- We will also briefly touch on your unique StrengthsFinder results using our personalized “ThemePrint”.
- We will also share about Strengths Communicator Training, this certification course takes place twice a year.
