About Team Leadership & Facilitation

Have you ever been asked to lead a team and wondered, How can I do this, and do it well?

If so, this training is for you!

This professional training provides a platform to develop, sharpen, and apply your unique leadership style within a team context. You will learn how to create meaningful engagement, and effectively present your message in a way that “fits” who you are.

Leadership Vision will share our professional best practices and lessons learned from 20+ years of working with teams. These lessons will enable participants to sharpen their ability to effectively lead a group in various contexts.

During these two days, you will experience:

Why Facilitation is more than facilitation

Team Leadership Styles can take on many forms and look very different. What style works for you will be different than others. We will broaden your understanding of the vast methods for how any team meeting and curriculum can be delivered.

Curriculum Development and Delivery

An In-depth look at curriculum development, why intentional curriculum writing is important and why you still have opportunities to “do it well” even if you’re handed some pre-determined curriculum.

Group Facilitation Practice

Opportunity to practice delivering your lessons learned, facilitation strategies and new ideas.

Peer to Peer Feedback

Attendees will have an opportunity to present their best stuff, with the cohort providing learning opportunities for improvement.

Participate in one Team Engagement Session

Active participation in one, 90-minute “Team Engagement Sessions,” so you can experience this process as the learner.

Contextualized Application to your organization

Within your cohort, you will be able to discuss specific, contextual applications to your organization.
