Discover how your team handles change with our three-step process that focuses on understanding how each team member contributes to the change process.
We help teams navigate change in 3 ways:
  1. We first invite each team member to understand how they have navigated change throughout their lifetime.
  2. We encourage reflection on how individuals initially react and thoughtfully respond to change.
  3. We then ask participants to consider what their unique needs are for navigating change: clarity, certainty, consistency, or connection.

This process is important because it helps team members understand how they respond to change, which determines their ability to adapt, sustain, and learn through the change process.
