We often like to talk about our StrengthsFinder themes in the best possible situation. Strengths exist when you’re at your best. Anything short of that isn’t a Strength, but a Theme. Yet life isn’t that easy. Today, Carrie shares three things she has learned about Strengths as she has examined them in the “real world.”
Strengths need time to relax. They need a time and a place where you can let your proverbial “Strengths hair” down, and just let them run wild, without trying to control or focus them. We have found that this sharpens Strengths, and makes them more generative in the moments when you need them to be “on” and “engaged” in a team environment.
Leadership Vision is offering an opportunity for you to join the 2016 Summer Institute which includes our Strengths Communicator and/or Design Lab Training. Strengths Communicator is for Strengths professionals who want to enhance their skills in order to help others understand the unique behaviors of Strengths. The Design Lab is for professionals who are practicing the delivery and integration of StrengthsFinder with groups and teams. Keep reading for more details!
