Halfway through 2015, our team had a meeting to evaluate our goals. Halfway through the meeting, it became clear we needed additional help on our team. 2015 was a great year for Leadership Vision. We grew our team by three, took on several new clients, and launched an online offering of our core offering. A big theme we kept coming back to was team.
