Dr. Linda Schubring

Dr. Linda Schubring is CEO and principal consultant of Leadership Vision, a leadership advisory firm she co-owns with her husband and business partner, Brian Schubring. She has been with the firm for more than fifteen years and stepped into the CEO role in 2023.
Linda earned her doctorate in Intercultural Studies, where her research examined the adaptive capacities of multinational leaders navigating change across cultures, beliefs, ethnicities, ages, and languages. That research continues to shape her work today as she helps leaders understand the people, dynamics, and challenges shaping their organizations.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Brian Schubring is founder and principal consultant of Leadership Vision, an elite athlete, and a dynamic speaker. He is a pioneering voice in strengths-based leadership and the behavior-based interpretation of assessment tools, with a lifelong fascination with human identity and how people come to know themselves.
For more than forty years, Brian has practiced the disciplines of a monk each morning, a devotion that has shaped how he relates to himself and, in turn, how he works with others. He is a mystic on a mission: helping individuals and audiences embrace their identity with confidence and express themselves authentically.
