Adjusting to Zoom, Quarantine, and the Many Challenges of 2020
Adjusting to 2020
We’re in the seventh month of the global Coronavirus pandemic and starting to feel the fatigue. Working from home, participating in a million Zoom calls and virtual meetings, managing virtual school or daycare all from home is getting to be a bit much. In this episode of the Leadership Vision Podcast, I share a conversation with Brian and Linda about Zoom, quarantine, and adjusting to the many challenges of 2020.
This episode is what we call “live to tape,” meaning it wasn’t planned or scripted. Instead, we hit record and started talking. This conversation came as Brian, Linda, and I were recording a series of episodes about our values, what our values mean to us, and how we use those values with our clients. While we were in between takes, we started talking about what it’s like to be doing this work right now in “round three” of our new virtual world.
If like us, you’re experiencing Zoom fatigue, pandemic fatigue, or feeling like you need a little bit of something extra, we think this episode about how we’re dealing with our collective challenges can help. Enjoy!
