I knew very little about StrengthsFinder or Leadership Vision. Then, in 2013 I moved to Singapore American School where Leadership Vision was fully engaged as consultants, trainers, and motivational speakers. To be honest, and not overtly overdramatic, my work and relationship with this exceptional company literally changed my life. As a long-term school administrator I had been there and done that and StrengthsFinders might have been another get trained quick scheme. It is anything but . . . I learned more about myself as a leader, colleague, friend, father, and husband than anything before or since. Why Leadership Vision? Because they are exceptional trainers with unprecedented experience and phenomenal skills. I am all in and look forward to welcoming them to Hawaii as soon as possible.
