Dr. Linda Schubring
Dr. Linda Schubring is CEO and principal consultant of Leadership Vision Consulting. Drawing on her executive experience and doctoral research into the adaptive capacities of leaders, Linda helps executives make sense of complexity, clarify what matters most, and create the conditions for people and teams to thrive.
Brian Schubring
Brian Schubring is founder and principal consultant of Leadership Vision Consulting. Drawing on positive psychology and applied neuroscience, he helps leaders understand how their unique patterns of behavior shape the way they lead and influence others. A pioneering voice in the behavior-based interpretation of assessment tools, Brian helps people embrace and apply their individuality with greater confidence.
