ASSESSMENTS
+ STRENGTHSFINDER™
Gallup StrengthsFinder™ - Building your life around your strengths is far more rare than you might think. Most people focus on improving their weaknesses rather than harnessing their strengths. We will engage the assessment and begin a conversation involving the identification and harnessing of your strengths, while also learning to manage your weaknesses. We will also identify and explain the top themes of your team members and colleagues. The Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment identifies 34 themes (strengths);and after taking this assessment, you will discover your top five. These five themes will provide clarity around how you were uniquely designed, and will help focus your future choices.

+ MBTI

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a psychological assessment that examines your personality preferences. Knowing your distinct personality can free you to thrive at your most optimal level in your career and relationships. The MBTI is used to assess four categories that are the context from which we make decisions, derive energy, process information, and organize our lives: extroversion/introversion; sensing/intuiting; thinking/feeling; and judging/perceiving. By giving people an increased understanding of their behavior and preferences, MBTI helps to increase productivity, build relationships, and make life choices. The MBTI is frequently used in the areas of personal development, group dynamics, employee training, leadership training and marriage counseling.
Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers developed the Indicator during World War II, and its criteria follow from Carl Jung's theories in his work Psychological Types. The MBTI system organizes the four sets of attributes into a matrix of sixteen different personality types. Each type is indicated by a four-letter code. For each personality type, the MBTI system includes a profile which describes the characteristics common to people who fit into that category.

+ APEST
APEST© is a ministry assessment emerging from the most comprehensive statement of ministry structure, that of Ephesians 4:7,11-12. Within this passage we find the fivefold ministry of APEST: apostolic, prophetic,
evangelist, shepherd and teacher;
But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it… It is he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be shepherd and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.
All five ministries are needed to engender, call forth, and sustain a full ministry in the Jesus movement. In fact, all five ministries in dynamic relation to one another are absolutely essential to vigorous discipleship, healthy
churches and growing movements. Ephesians 4:7,11-12 assigns APEST ministries to the entire church,
not just leadership. All are to be found somewhere in APEST – a leadership model characterized by
a servant-inspired dynamic.
APEST INDIVIDUAL PROFILE: $10.00
To take the individual test [ CLICK HERE ]. Register as a new user, and when finished with Paypal, make sure you click the return to webpage button to take the test. The test should take only about 10–15 minutes and you will be asked to move through it quickly so as to get your most intuitive responses.
APEST 360º PROFILE: $25.00
To undergo the 360 degree test, [ CLICK HERE ]. You will be required to nominate as many people as you want (we suggest between 5 to 10 respondants). These should be people who work/minister with you in some way and know you. You will also need their email addresses for us to send them the questionnaire. You might wish to notify them that you are taking the test and that you want them to prayerfully fill it out with you and your ministry in mind. They have to register as a “new user” and click on your name when they access the site. You will also be required to fill out a test on your own behalf–so be sure to take the test yourself. In the results profile you will get two sets of scores: your individual score and the 360 degree score aggregated from your friend’s and/or colleague’s feedback. You can therefore compare your self-perception with the community’s experience of your ministry.
Please note: While you will get an individual score by taking the test, the 360 degree survey will focus on profiling your colleague’s input and not yours–so much of the descriptors that come along with the profile will be tailored around the 360 input. If you want a profile that is more focussed on your personal profile, then you will need to take both tests separately. Furthermore, please allow for 10-15 minutes time for each member to take of the 360º profile.
+ THE CHARACTER MATRIX

Character fuels a life of conviction, passion, and focus. The Character Matrix will engage your value system and press against the core of what it means to be human. Stepping into this matrix will challenge who you are and how you understand influence. Without question your character, good or bad, will drive your influence and determine the course of your future impact. The Character Matrix demands taking a second look at what you’ve always thought character to be. The Character Matrix and assessment are based on the book Uprising: A Revolution of the Soul, by Erwin McManus (founder of Awaken Humanity and Lead Architect of Mosaic in Los Angeles)
